Rain is one of those funky things. One of those “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” situations. In the city, rain’s the enemy—floodin’ streets, causin’ traffic, leakin’ through roofs folks ain’t fixed since ’08. It ruins hair, plans, and perfectly good attitudes.

But out here? Out in this canyon where the land calls the shots, rain is a full-blown commodity. It’s our payday. Our pat on the back from Mother Nature. Rain makes the corn → makes the whiskey → makes the baby get frisky. It keeps this soil honest and our spirits lifted. So yes, Luke Bryan, rain is a good thing.
